The CFIDS & Fibromyalgia Self-Help Book: A Self-Management Program for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, by Bruce Campbell, Ph.D. Although the CFIDS and Fibromyalgia Self-Help Book may seem to be written for people only with those illnesses, I contend it is not! It is the best book that I have read that teaches one how to restructure one’s life after diagnosis of any chronic illness that requires consistent regimes of rest and exercise or therapy. I cannot say enough about this book! I finally feel like I have a little more control in managing my illness!
